Associate Director of Digital Fundraising

Position Summary
The Associate Director of Digital Fundraising drives the organization’s online fundraising strategy to raise funds for our c4, c3, and PAC. This position leads the creation and execution of email fundraising campaigns, manages our CRM (with a preference for EveryAction experience), and oversees paid digital advertising to acquire, retain, and engage grassroots donors.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital fundraising and a proven track record of producing compelling copy that inspires supporters to give. They are comfortable managing donor databases, segmenting audiences, and running paid digital media campaigns. They are data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to translate performance metrics into actionable strategy shifts.


What you'll do


  • Project manage the digital fundraising work from inception to drafting to approval and execution.
  • Develop, write, and deploy persuasive fundraising email campaigns aligned with All* Above All’s voice and mission.
  • Manage and maintain donor data in EveryAction, ensuring accurate segmentation, targeting, and tracking.
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, etc.) focused on donor acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and inform strategy.
  • Partner with the Director of Development to set and achieve annual digital fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with the Program Team to highlight their achievements to donors, funders, and members.
  • Translate programmatic work in multiple variants, ie. fundraising appeals, op-eds, talking points, etc.
  • Ensure digital fundraising activities are accessible, brand-aligned, and audience-centered.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal staff as needed to execute campaigns.
  • Stay informed about digital fundraising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Research fundraising prospects, grants, and corporate funding opportunities.
  • Assist with event planning, as needed.


Other:

  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of digital communications experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on fundraising or development-related communications.
  • Experience with donor CRMs, preferably EveryAction.
  • Proven ability to write compelling fundraising copy that drives results.
  • Experience with paid digital advertising, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to reproductive justice and the mission of All* Above All.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital communications.

The pay range for this role is:

95,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Remote)
