About the Role

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to bring top-tier execution to our brand creative team. You’ll design across a variety of channels including paid media, packaging, website, and organic social with strong attention to detail, layout, and aesthetics. This role is built for someone who can take direction and run with it, producing clean, compelling work while staying in tune with cultural and visual trends.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative for performance ads, emails, packaging, website, print, and social content
• Translate briefs and direction into effective, on-brand assets
• Apply brand guidelines with precision and consistency
• Support campaign rollouts with design across multiple touch points
• Prep final files and manage templates to ensure cohesive execution
• Collaborate with marketing leads to meet timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally at a DTC brand or creative agency
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showing elevated digital design work
• Sharp eye for type, layout, and detail within brand systems
• Clear, clean design sensibility and taste
• Responsive, organized, and reliable with fast-paced timelines

• Experience designing for performance marketing
• Basic animation or video editing skills for social and ad content
