About Allegiance Flag Supply

Allegiance Flag Supply is looking for a strategic, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive our next growth phase. This role requires a rare blend of performance marketing expertise and creative vision to oversee a talented team and shape the future of our brand.

Allegiance is a mid-eight-figure brand that has seen strong, consistent growth year after year, often exceeding triple digits. We are privately owned by our three co-founders and have never taken outside investment, allowing us to prioritize long-term, sustainable growth over short-term returns. There are no investors to appease! This role offers the freedom to make decisions based on what’s best for the business and brand in the long run.

With an established foundation and significant momentum, we seek a CMO who can further scale our success, ensuring our marketing remains performance-driven and deeply connected to our brand identity.

About the Role

The CMO will report directly to two Co-Founders and play a key role on the executive leadership team. You will lead the marketing strategy, ensuring performance-driven initiatives align with strong brand creative.

This leadership role is about managing and guiding teams—not execution—while driving marketing performance, efficiency, and profitability. We focus on growing profitability, not just increasing revenue for the sake of it.

You will oversee paid media, e-commerce, retention, creative strategy, and brand development, owning the performance (not execution) of key channels like Linear TV, Meta, Google, Amazon, and Audio. This includes working closely with agency partners and our in-house marketing team to ensure effective and brand-aligned campaigns.

With directors and managers already in place, the CMO will be accountable for these departments while identifying gaps and making key hires to strengthen the marketing structure.

We need someone who understands data and performance metrics just as well as they understand brand storytelling and customer engagement. You’ll drive growth, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the strong brand identity that sets Allegiance apart.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee an integrated marketing strategy that blends performance marketing with brand-building efforts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing leaders across performance, creative, and e-commerce to drive scalable growth.
  • Optimize marketing spend across channels, balancing short-term performance goals with long-term brand equity.
  • Spearhead strategic decision-making across paid media, organic channels, email/SMS, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitive insights to keep Allegiance on the cutting edge.
  • Own the marketing budget
  • Develop and scale a corporate program gifting program
  • Build and implement a structured approach to partnerships and brand collaborations, identifying key opportunities and proactively driving outreach and execution.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing (CAC, LTV, attribution, etc.) and brand-driven creative strategy.
  • A seasoned leader with experience managing and scaling high-performing teams across marketing disciplines.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and knows how to balance data-driven decision-making with brand storytelling.
  • Experienced in DTC, e-commerce, or a high-growth consumer brand (patriotic brands, lifestyle, or premium goods a plus).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, with experience in both performance and brand marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling a DTC or e-commerce brand.
  • Strong data fluency—understanding of key performance marketing metrics and ability to use data to inform creative and media decisions.
  • Experience managing and growing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing channels, including Linear TV, Meta, Google, Audio (Podcast and Radio), Amazon, email/SMS, influencer, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Why Allegiance?

  • Direct impact – This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to drive meaningful company growth. This is a chance to build on an already high-performing team.
  • Work with a fast-growing, patriotic brand – We’re a leader in the American-made space with a passionate customer base.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment – You’ll work directly with two of our Co-Founders and our executive leadership team, you’ll have the freedom and expectation to make a major impact.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

At Allegiance, we take pride in making the highest-quality American flags, handcrafted with care in the USA. Our brand is built on authenticity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for our country. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a strategic marketing leader who wants to do more than just execute a playbook—someone eager to shape the future of a category-defining brand and leave a lasting impact.

This is a high-level leadership role where you’ll have a seat at the table, working directly with the founders and executive team to drive strategy, innovation, and long-term success. If you’re a visionary marketer who knows how to blend performance with creative excellence, this is a rare opportunity to put your fingerprints on a fast-growing, mission-driven company. We’d love to connect.
