About the role

  • Serves as an initial point of contact for beneficiaries of the Ticket to Work Program and Allsup's services.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Effectively manage conversations
  • Build rapport and redirect conversation
  • Review correspondence
  • Complete necessary forms
  • Provide on-going education about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourages on-going participation
  • Achieves performance targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply information
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written or verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible, adaptive, and responsive to change.
  • Target driven and motivated

The pay range for this role is:

15 - 18 USD per hour (Remote)
