About the role
What you'll do
1. Identify Business Opportunities:
o Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the landscape of SSDI and VA business.
o Identify gaps in the market and potential areas for growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
o Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
o Develop tailored presentations and pitches that clearly communicate the value proposition of our Consumer services. Use storytelling and data to engage potential clients and address their specific needs and pain points.
o Leverage persuasive communication skills to effectively convey key messages, answer questions, and handle objections during client meetings, conferences, and presentations.
o Strategic Negotiation:
Utilize strategic negotiation techniques to ensure that agreements align with Allsup’s financial goals and deliver value to both the client and the organization.
4. Reporting, Auditing and Analysis:
o Identify and closely monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) that reflect progress toward company goals.
o Regularly maintain and review data and performance reports to assess opportunities and success, across the organization.
o Be prepared to adjust strategies and tactics based on performance insights and evolving company goals.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
o Actively seek out opportunities to connect with others. Stay up to date on other departments’ trends by networking and sharing insights, while establishing yourself as a valuable connection.
o Expand your professional network in a way that fosters collaboration, knowledge exchange, and partnerships, allowing for continued growth and development.
o Collaborate with diverse department stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
· Must be willing to travel approximately 20%
· Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in related field preferred
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
· Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote)
