Open Roles

Enterprise Account Executive

At AllVoices, we’re all about making workplaces safer for everyone. AllVoices helps People Teams manage employee feedback, cases, and investigations in one centralized platform. Our AI assistant handles time-consuming tasks like filling out forms, summarizing cases, researching policies, and drafting reports. This allows People Teams to spend less time buried in spreadsheets and more time focusing on what they do best—supporting people.

AllVoices is trusted by leading companies, including Zillow, Sweetgreen, Patagonia, and Duolingo, to make it easy to manage employee relations issues all in one place - that’s why AllVoices was named a leader in the Employee Engagement, HR Case Management, and Whistleblowing categories by G2.

Our team: We’re a female-founded, fast-growing, culture-focused, venture-backed startup dedicated to building products that shape the future of work. As a team, we practice what we preach: we work to cultivate an environment in which people feel comfortable bringing their full selves to the office every day.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Executive who brings something most enterprise sales roles don't ask for: genuine domain expertise in HR, People operations, or Employee Relations. Our buyers are CHROs, CPOs, HR Business Partners, and ER leaders — and they can tell in the first five minutes whether they're talking to someone who understands their world.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with a fully inbound pipeline. We generate the interest; you build the trust and close the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for enterprise accounts
  • Work an inbound-only pipeline — no cold calling, no territory grinding
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects across a 3–6 month deal cycle
  • Navigate buying committees of 2–4 stakeholders including economic buyers and champions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and ER leaders, helping them articulate the problem and evaluate the solution
  • Partner with CS and product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate positioning
  • Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, follow-up, and conversation quality

What We're Looking For

  • Meaningful experience in HR, talent management, employee relations, recruiting, or a closely adjacent People function
  • A track record in a revenue-adjacent role — account management, consulting, recruiting, or formal sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you make complex ideas accessible and build trust quickly
  • Comfort with longer deal cycles and consultative selling; you're motivated by depth, not volume
  • Self-directed and disciplined — you thrive in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment

What Sets the Best Candidates Apart

The ideal background here isn't a decade of pure enterprise sales — it's someone who has lived the challenges our buyers face and is ready to bring that credibility to a revenue-facing role. If you've spent years in the People space and have been looking for a role that values that expertise, this is worth a serious look.

Compensation

$150K–$180K OTE | High base-to-variable ratio | Annual performance evaluation
