About the role
As an Account Executive (Level II) at Ambassador, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing a mix of net-new and existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex sales cycles, and has a proven ability to deliver value to clients. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to drive adoption of our cutting-edge solutions and achieve your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for both net-new and existing accounts.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage complex deal structures.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients in collaboration with Customer Success.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Performance Metrics
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Meet KPIs for activity levels, pipeline health, and deal velocity.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
