About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals

• Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation

• Manage customer feedback loop to inform product strategy and product market fit

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development decisions

• Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering and design teams

• Lead product development initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption

• Collaborate with customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Define and track product KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement

• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in Production, Operations, or Well Optimization roles at an E&P

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution 

• A deep understanding of Production and Operations workflows and pain points

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• A demonstrated passion for digital technology, analytics, or data science

• Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial; able to prioritize competing initiatives
