What you'll do

As a Marketing Coordinator at Ambyint, your role is pivotal in executing our marketing strategies to boost awareness, lead generation, and company growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your aim is to enhance our marketing program and aid Business Development in securing new business and expanding existing customer base. We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone proactive, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, passionate about marketing and technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events.

  • Maintain relationships with third-party marketing and PR agencies, ensuring seamless communication and timely deliverables, proactively address challenges to uphold project momentum and maintain quality standards.

  • Manage the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging posts, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Plan and manage virtual and in-person events, handling logistics and speaker coordination. Coordinate logistics and execution of virtual and in-person events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content.

  • Assist in the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.


SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company. Oil and gas industry background is a plus

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media management tools

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices is a plus

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus
