About the role
- We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of key products in our portfolio. This role is critical in aligning business goals with customer needs, ensuring we deliver valuable, market-leading solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and execute roadmaps that drive business impact
What you'll do
- Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
- Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product strategy.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
- Track product performance through KPIs and user feedback; iterate to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the business throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical background a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to define and execute on product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in a Consulting role, Financial, or insurance industry
- Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment.
