About the role
We’re seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of key products in our portfolio. This role is critical in aligning business goals with customer needs, ensuring we deliver valuable, market-leading solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and execute roadmaps that drive business impact.
What you'll do
- Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product strategy.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
- Track product performance through KPIs and user feedback; iterate to improve product adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the business throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background a plus.
- 5 + years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to define and execute on product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
