The Product Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the Global Product Marketing team to operate with speed, clarity, and excellence across product launches and commercial innovation programs.
This role focuses on maintaining and improving the core documentation, systems, and workflows that support product launches and commercial innovation programs. Operating at the intersection of process, insights, and execution, the Coordinator helps ensure the Product Marketing team has the tools, information, and operational structure needed to move innovation and commercial programs forward efficiently. The Coordinator will also support team operational excellence, helping manage planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization so the team remains aligned across priorities and initiatives.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance partners, the Coordinator will maintain key product marketing documentation and trackers, support competitive and category insights, and help ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
The Coordinator will also support the team as an insights hub, helping gather, organize, and synthesize market, competitive, and performance insights that inform product marketing and commercial innovation decisions. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about beauty and product who is excited to build foundational expertise in product marketing while helping drive operational excellence across the team.
The Product Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Global Product Marketing.

what you'll do:
Product Marketing Operations & Process Enablement
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team by maintaining the documentation, trackers, and systems that enable product launches and commercial programs to move forward smoothly.
- Own and continuously improve the systems, documentation, and workflows that enable Product Marketing to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and continuously improve core Product Marketing documentation, including product libraries, pricing documentation, launch calendars, product briefs, and key team trackers.
- Serve as a single source of truth (SSOT) for key product marketing documentation and pricing records, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Own documentation and communication for key Product Marketing meetings, including capturing decisions, action items, and next steps to ensure alignment and follow-through across teams.
- Manage and optimize team project management tools and trackers (e.g., Asana boards, launch calendars, documentation hubs), ensuring initiatives remain organized, up-to-date, and visible across stakeholders.
- Help establish and maintain clear processes and workflows that support product marketing and commercial innovation initiatives across the organization.
- Support preparation of key internal presentations, stage gate materials, and product marketing documentation.
- Support team planning and operational coordination, including helping manage meeting cadences, milestone planning, and scheduling alignment to ensure the Product Marketing team operates efficiently across multiple initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to strengthen how Product Marketing partners with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Insights, Competitive & Category Support
- Synthesize insights into clear, actionable takeaways that inform product marketing and commercial innovation decisions.
- Support the Product Marketing team and Director as an insights hub, helping gather, organize, and synthesize category, competitive, and performance insights that inform product marketing and commercial innovation strategy.
- Conduct competitive scans and monitor category activity across retail and professional channels.
- Support pricing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product comparison exercises to help inform positioning and commercial decision-making.
- Assist in compiling performance recaps and insights that support post-launch learning and future program development.
- Coordinate and organize insights presentations from external market research partners and vendors, helping ensure findings are shared and documented across the Product Marketing team.
- Help build and maintain a centralized global market research hub, organizing research reports, category insights, and competitive intelligence to ensure teams have access to key learnings and resources.
Launch Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support Product Marketing and Commercial Innovation leads in the coordination of product launches and commercial innovation programs, ensuring teams have access to the information and materials needed to execute successfully.
- Assist in maintaining visibility across the product launch calendar and supporting documentation to help track milestones, key deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate product samples, mock-ups, and materials needed for internal reviews, creative development, sales presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Support the preparation and organization of product information and materials shared with Brand Marketing, GTM, Education, and other cross-functional partners during launch development.
Budget & Administrative Support
- Support Director in the management of the Product Marketing budget by assisting with invoice tracking, budget documentation, and coordination with Finance partners.
- Assist in tracking program costs and maintaining documentation related to commercial innovation and product marketing initiatives.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support across the team as needed.

- 2–3 years relevant experience in marketing, brand, product marketing, or related functions, with beauty or consumer goods experience preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches, marketing programs, or cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A true beauty enthusiast who is excited to build expertise in product marketing, innovation, and commercial strategy.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage documentation, trackers, and operational workflows with accuracy.
- High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving how work gets done.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a corporate, cross-functional environment, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Strong communicator who is comfortable working with teams across Product Development, Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

- Strong time management and project coordination skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
