the job:
The Integrated Media Team Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, performance insights are captured, and operational processes such as billing and reporting are maintained accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build foundational knowledge in media strategy and campaign management.
salary: $64,000 - $70,000 DOE + bonus
location: Brooklyn, NY (must be based in NYC + have the right to work in the US)
what you'll do:
Campaign Execution, Creative Trafficking & Project Management
- Support the trafficking and launch of campaigns across e-commerce and retailer-supporting campaigns.
- Assist with creative uploads and approval processes within media platforms.
- Upload campaign video assets to YouTube and distribute unlisted links for paid media activation.
- Download, organize, categorize, and resize creator and social content for campaign use.
- Support ongoing creative optimizations by preparing updated assets and coordinating with internal teams and partners.
- Help manage campaign creative development timelines by monitoring project progress, ensuring feedback is provided in a timely manner, and keeping approvals moving across stakeholders.
- Communicate key deadlines and ensure cross-functional partners are aware of upcoming milestones to support on-time campaign launches.
- Assist in developing creative overview decks and campaign summaries for leadership
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Contribute to bi-weekly Consumer Engagement team performance snapshots.
- Support the development of quarterly creative learnings reports in partnership with rest of the team.
- Review and contribute to agency-generated monthly paid media performance recaps.
- Analyze and synthesize retailer campaign reports to identify insights and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns.
Billing & Financial Tracking
- Manage invoice processing, including filing and coding invoices.
- Maintain and update the team’s billing tracker to ensure accurate budget tracking.
- Monitor campaign spend and flag potential over- or under-spending.
- Update trackers with actualized spend to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Affiliate Program Support
- Assist with the growth of the affiliate program by coordinating internal product ordering and gifting.
- Support affiliate agency needs, including discount code requests and coordination.
Paid Social Monitoring
- Monitor paid ad comments across platforms such as Facebook and TikTok to track audience sentiment and engagement.
- Identify and flag trends in user feedback or sentiment that may impact campaign performance or brand perception.
- Direct customers to appropriate customer service channels when needed.
- Escalate potential issues, such as creator posts receiving significant negative feedback or campaigns generating unusually high negative sentiment.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to build foundational media knowledge and technical skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of media agency or digital marketing experience.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of media planning and the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Asana preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
