the job:

we’re looking for an eager, detail-obsessed, people-loving Community Coordinator to join our social team part-time to support of social media communities. This is a 3-month contract role with the opportunity to extend. You’ll be the voice of the brand across our social channels, engaging with our community, sharing the love, and keeping our digital spaces kind, fun, and on-brand. 


hourly rate: $30 per hour
timeline: 3 month contract with opportunity to extend; 10-15 hours/week, including weekends

location: remote (must be based in + have the right to work in the US)



what you'll do:

  • Repost UGC to Instagram Stories or suggest creative ways to optimize mentions and shoutouts 
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across two Instagram accounts and TikTok 
  • Hide spam, flag key conversations, and keep our feeds safe, friendly, and on-brand 
  • Upload approved content across platforms with accuracy and care 
  • Pitch content ideas and provide weekly recaps informed by community insights and trends 


must haves:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience working with highly active social accounts 
  • You’re a natural community builder with strong instincts for relationship-building and customer service 
  • You’re fluent in internet culture and love keeping up with social trends 
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable—you never miss a post or a comment 
  • You can think fast on your feet, creatively + strategically. 
  • You’re motivated and collaborative 
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer support is a big plus
