the job:

As Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth booking of education offerings while delivering outstanding customer service to our distributor and salon partners. You will be responsible for managing all bookings of educators for in market activations and promoting our class offerings and products to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a genuine desire to support our artists.


salary: $63,000 - $72,000 + bonus

location: remote (must be based in + have the right to work in the US)



what you'll do:

  • Schedule education bookings in conjunction with education and sales departments
  • Act as a liaison between field sales, education and our contract education team.
  • Receive, approve and process all contract invoices for payment
  • Responsible for content and asset updates, edits and uploads to all partners across all platforms
  • Confirm all education bookings and maintain asana boards with all pertinent information for tracking purposes
  • Create and share itinerary for each education activation and share with all key stakeholders
  • Maintain a database of contract team spend: invoices & T&E
  • Book all travel associated with education activations for in market, in salon and events for a contract team of 100 educators.
  • Participate in and schedule monthly education calls with education team
  • Pull weekly, monthly and quarterly education stats from the asana board to share activations to stakeholders
  • Order all education kits for new and existing educators: product and supporting supplies
  • Coordinate all in salon education activations: share supplies list, confirm educators, ship in all supplies
  • Order supplies for all education events: regionals & camp amika included
  • Potential for some travel to support large scale activations in person as needed
  • Maintain professional relationships with guests and team members.

  • Ability to multitask and remain attentive to guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Ability to work standing/walking for extended periods.
