Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ampa, you'll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new clinic partners across the U.S.—and helping move them toward adoption of our next-generation TMS platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect like a pro. Generate and qualify new leads via outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and research).
  • Tell the story. Communicate Ampa’s mission and product value with clarity, urgency, and empathy.
  • Target with precision. Research clinics, health systems, and provider groups to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build and refine territory strategy, messaging, and pipeline.
  • Keep it clean. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Own your number. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings set, opportunities created, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Be a learning machine. Participate in training, share what’s working, and help us get better as a team every week. 

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years of sales, recruiting, or outreach-heavy experience (bonus if in healthcare, tech, or mission-driven orgs)
  • Hungry, coachable, and intrinsically motivated—you're not just here for a paycheck
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Resilient: you bounce back from a “no” and keep dialing
  • Deep interest in healthcare, neuroscience, and/or solving real human problems
