About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that drives growth across our clients multiple retail locations. This role involves a mix of planning, execution, and leadership to enhance brand positioning, generate leads, and improve customer retention.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to retail locations.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget, optimizing spending across digital, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.

Retail and Local Marketing

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract customers to retail locations.
  • Collaborate with store managers on in-store events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee signage, point-of-sale materials, and visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Strengthen relationships with local businesses and vendors to drive referrals and partnerships.

Advertising and Lead Generation

  • Manage agencies and contractors overseeing advertising campaigns across digital (Google Ads, social media, display ads) and traditional (radio, print, billboards) channels.
  • Optimize lead generation through paid and organic search, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and adjust ad spend to maximize efficiency and customer acquisition.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to increase seasonal sales and customer retention.

Website and Online Presence

  • Oversee website updates and collaborate with web agencies to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Manage Google My Business listings and online directories for all retail locations.
  • Work with developers and designers to enhance website functionality and lead capture.

Social Media and Content Marketing

  • Develop and oversee content strategy for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Drive content creation showcasing products, customer projects, and industry trends.
  • Monitor social media engagement and manage customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.

Analytics and Performance Tracking

  • Track key marketing performance metrics across all channels.
  • Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad platforms to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership with performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing strategies to optimize lead conversion and customer engagement.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, home improvement, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and retail marketing strategies.
  • Experience overseeing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, and search).
  • Ability to develop compelling content and manage social media marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
