Position Summary

Ampleo is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support our HR team and client engagements. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruiting coordination, onboarding support, HR documentation, and employee support tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and wants to grow their career in human resources.
As an HR Coordinator at Ampleo, you will play a key role in keeping HR processes running smoothly while providing administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll-related processes including gathering time records, coordinating employee updates, and ensuring payroll data is accurate within HR systems.
- Support the hiring process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire documentation, background checks, system setup, and orientation scheduling to ensure a positive employee onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee records, assist with employee status updates, and support HR processes across multiple internal teams and clients.
- Prepare HR communications, employee notices, and internal documentation. Strong written communication skills are essential for maintaining clear and professional correspondence.
- Assist with maintaining HR documentation and supporting compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Exposure to multi-state employment practices is beneficial.
- Provide administrative support related to employee relations matters and assist with documentation when needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting payroll processes
- Experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiting support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written communication skills
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Exposure to employee relations processes
- Familiarity with multi-state HR compliance
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
