What you’ll do: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This fully remote role is responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support our leadership team and broader organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses strong communication skills.

  • Manage incoming mail, including scanning and distributing documents to appropriate personnel.
  • Deposit checks and maintain records of transactions.
  • Answer phone lines, return messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between managing partners, board members, and the support team.
  • Plan and execute company retreats, events, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update the company’s general calendar.
  • Order business cards for partners and colleagues.
  • Assist in organizing Lunch n’ Learn sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Apply for continuing education credits for relevant team members.
  • Complete special projects as requested by leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ in administrative support role.
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Meets, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
