Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Content Writer to support a wide range of clients across various industries. As part of a fractional services team, you will develop and execute content strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals. You’ll create compelling content for websites, social media, and email campaigns that aligns with each client’s brand voice and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multitasking and delivering consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize content for web, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring it is engaging, SEO-friendly, and reflective of each client’s brand voice.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and industry, and create custom content strategies that address their unique needs.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for client social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Develop compelling email campaigns designed to drive open rates, clicks, and conversions.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve client website performance and search visibility.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and manage content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring deadlines are met and content is consistent across platforms.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing updates, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor and report on content performance, offering data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different content strategies and optimize client campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt strategies and content to suit a variety of industries and client needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven ability to create engaging content for web, social media, and email.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track performance and optimize content.
  • Excellent client communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or social media marketing, preferably with experience managing multiple client accounts.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
