What you’ll do:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Ampleo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster customer engagement. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
- Define and reinforce the Ampleo brand identity across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive the development of compelling and relevant content across various platforms to engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive landscapes, and anticipate market shifts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
What we’re looking for:
