We’re seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with a passion for uncovering insights, optimizing performance, and making data actionable.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret marketing data across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools, to provide actionable insights for B2B and D2C campaigns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, marketing funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize strategies based on data analysis and forecasting.
• Manage large datasets using Excel and other tools to create custom analyses and models for campaign performance.
• Provide clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Support ad hoc reporting needs and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
• Continuously explore and implement new data tools and methodologies to enhance the analytics process.
Requirements
• Experience: 4-6 years as a Data Analyst, ideally within a performance marketing or digital marketing environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP).
• Marketing Analytics Knowledge: Strong understanding of analytics specific to B2B and D2C brands, including attribution models, funnel analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and execute improvements.
• Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot analytics.
• Experience working in an agency setting with multiple clients and industries.
• Familiarity with statistical tools like R or Python for advanced data analysis.
