Job Summary:

The CRM Solutions Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for sales, marketing, and project managers, providing expert guidance on HubSpot strategies and functionalities. The role involves maintaining HubSpot partner certifications, managing HubSpot-related projects, and handling a wide array of tasks including workflow creation, email campaigns, integrations, and audience targeting for advertising. The consultant will also ensure seamless operation and data integrity through regular audits, while managing partner program requirements and tracking commissions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None (or as applicable if leading a team).
May oversee project teams as required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for sales, marketing, and project managers, providing expertise on HubSpot strategy and functionalities.

Maintain HubSpot partner certifications required to remain a HubSpot Partner.

Create and manage HubSpot functionalities, including emails, workflows, templates, custom properties, and custom objects.

Set up and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other marketing, sales, or CRM platforms.

Manage connections between social and advertising accounts, as well as create and manage custom audiences for ads, email campaigns, and remarketing.

Provide technical support for clients and internal teams (Ampleo/Stage), resolving HubSpot-related issues.

Consult on strategy, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot features to improve marketing, sales, and operations workflows.

Perform regular audits of client HubSpot setups to ensure smooth operation, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.

Act as a liaison between HubSpot, Ampleo/Stage, and clients to streamline communication and problem-solving.

Register and manage potential HubSpot leads, tracking commission and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) status.

Collaborate with HubSpot Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to maintain partner status and manage partner program requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience working with HubSpot, including onboarding, custom implementations, and integrations.

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations, ideally within a SaaS environment.

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Services Hub, and/or Operations Hub preferred.

  • Experience working with HubSpot partner programs and maintaining partner status.

 Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, with experience across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations).

  • Strong experience creating and managing HubSpot emails, workflows, templates, and custom objects.

  • Expertise in integrating HubSpot with other marketing, sales, and CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with managing connections between HubSpot and social/ad platforms and creating custom audiences for targeted campaigns.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail and perform thorough audits of HubSpot setups to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Experience in tracking leads, handling commissions, and managing MRR status.

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including HubSpot CAMs.
