We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager who thinks beyond setup and support and obsesses over customer growth. This role is about helping Shopify merchants unlock measurable revenue gains with Amplify while identifying expansion opportunities that benefit both the customer and the business.
You will own the post sale relationship, guide customers from onboarding to value realization, and proactively uncover ways Amplify can drive more revenue through smarter usage, feature adoption, and upsells.
Your success is measured by customer outcomes. When merchants grow, expand their usage, and see real revenue impact, Amplify wins too. This is not a passive support role. It’s a chance to directly influence customer revenue and company growth at the same time.
