Senior Product Manager – SaaS for E-Commerce Growth

Help shape the future of e-commerce. We’re building tools that empower thousands of online merchants to grow their sales. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own discovery and delivery, working closely with design and engineering to bring high-impact features to life.

What you’ll do

• Lead product discovery and define a clear strategic roadmap.
• Plan and manage sprints for 2 engineering squads.
• Collect, synthesize, and act on customer feedback to guide priorities.
• Define and prioritize features that deliver measurable merchant growth.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship iteratively and learn fast.
• Partner with leadership to align product direction with company goals.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience in SaaS or e-commerce platforms (Shopify ecosystem a plus).
• Strong product instincts and empathy for merchants and end customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset — you take initiative and drive outcomes.
• Track record of thriving in remote, distributed teams at top companies.
