AI Associate Product Manager Intern

About Ampliwork, Inc

Ampliwork builds Enterprise-Grade AI Agents that amplify Human Potential™ to drive

business productivity and growth since 2017. Ampliwork’s AI Agents streamline complex

multi-step workflows in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services.

The mission

Our AI agents power real customer workflows. Your job: turn fuzzy problems into shipped improvements. You’ll prototype quickly, pressure-test ideas with users, and help bring features to market: working across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to make our agents smarter and more useful.

What you’ll do

  1. Prototype and validate: Build scrappy prototypes (no-code/low-code, light scripting, or Figma) to test ideas fast. Get feedback. Iterate.
  2. Own outcomes, not tasks: Break big problems into small experiments, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving. You’re the person who gets stuff done.
  3. Learn fast (and visibly): Try things, measure what matters, and be okay failing when we learn something useful.
  4. Client-facing storytelling: Help craft demos, run discovery calls, and present progress to customers and stakeholders.
  5. Partner with Product Marketing: Co-create launch messaging, one-pagers, and demo narratives; translate product changes into clear value.
  6. Write & align: Draft crisp PRDs/briefs, maintain a lightweight roadmap, and keep Design/Eng in lockstep.

What you’ll work with

Figma or simple UI prototyping • Docs/Slides for specs & narratives • Light Python/SQL or no-code tools for quick proof points • Prompt/agent sandboxes for behavior trials • Basic dashboards for tracking adoption/usage • Collaboration tools (Git optional).

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Bias to action; you ship.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect info.
  • Clear writing and strong presentation skills.
  • Curiosity about AI agents and how people actually use them.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience prototyping (Figma, Framer, Retool, small scripts, etc.).
  • Exposure to product discovery/interviews or running simple experiments.
  • Collaboration with Product Marketing, sales, or customer success.

Bonus signals

  • A one-page PRD/spec or short case study you wrote.
  • A prototype or side project built in a week or two.
  • A demo you delivered to a client, class, or community.

Why you’ll love it

  • Real impact: Features you touch will show up in customer demos and deployments.
  • Client exposure: Present to users, gather feedback, and shape the story with Product Marketing.
  • Speed & ownership: Small team, quick feedback loops, lots of responsibility.
  • Mentorship: Tight support from Product Management, Design, Engineering—and Product Marketing on launches.
  • Hybrid flexibility: 2 days a week in office.
