About the Role
We’re searching for a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will help architect, design, implement, and manage deliverables across multiple service projects. This position combines technical expertise in data architecture, automation, and development fundamentals with a passion for building effective, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
As our Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will gather and document customer requirements, apply technical expertise to translate them into deliverables, and design and implement effective customer solutions. You will independently manage multiple projects, partnering closely with Product and Content teams to develop deep product knowledge and provide feedback from customer use cases. You will also collaborate with Sales to advise on prospect use cases and help shape scalable solutions that drive customer success.
Who You Are
You bring 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce, with strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and automation building. You are proficient in SQL/SOQL, have hands-on experience with Flows or other automation tools, and ideally can write Apex code or another programming language. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Platform App Builder are a plus. Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
You have 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting or a similar role. You excel at gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical workflows, and applying product knowledge to implement scalable solutions. You have a proven track record of working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage changing requirements, competing priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a remote environment and work effectively with minimal oversight.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $135,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
