Summary:


Anaconda is seeking a talented Principal Product Manager, Partnerships to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest hyperscalers in the world of cloud computing, data science, and developer experiences. You’ll help set strategic direction and prioritization of partnership and integration opportunities and work directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements and bring those capabilities to market.


What You'll Do:
  • Identify and evaluate potential partner integration points and how the Anaconda platform can bring the most value to our users by prioritizing those offerings that best align with our broader product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences between the Anaconda platform and partner integrations and technologies, embedding the Anaconda distribution into some of the world’s largest hyperscaler platforms.
  • Working alongside engineering leadership, define technical requirements and core capabilities needed for partner integrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across product, engineering, partners, sales and marketing. Ensuring alignment on priorities, execution and delivery timelines and field enablement.

What You Need:

  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices. Experience in agile and/or scrum methodologies.
  • Technical background or experience working with some of the largest cloud and data hyperscalers such as AWS, Google, Azure, Nvidia, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driving collaboration and enablement with GTM and field teams regarding strategic direction and vision for partnership integrations.
  • Proven abilities to collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and execute on the strategic vision to bring partnership integrations to life and into market.

What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Direct, hands-on technical experience working with the largest hyperscalers, including AI-specific platforms and tooling such as Gemini, SageMaker, Bedrock and similar.
  • A working knowledge or previous experience developing in the Python ecosystem.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company

The base salary range for this role is $216,500 - $281,750 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $162,500 - $239,500 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
