As a Security Engineer, you'll safeguard our cloud infrastructure, applications, and data by building together with Platform Engineering, IT, and Compliance teams. You'll balance security enablement with governance, helping teams move quickly without compromising our security posture. You'll own it from threat identification through remediation, and lead with guts and heart by making pragmatic security decisions that protect users while enabling innovation.
You'll operate across security operations, secure development, and compliance—working closely with engineering and platform teams to identify risks, implement controls, and enable secure development practices. Your work will directly impact how safely and quickly Anaconda can innovate and serve our community.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $176,500, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
