Summary:
Anaconda is seeking a talented GTM Engineer to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. In this role, you will build and operate the intelligent automation systems, AI-powered workflows, and process execution layers that drive efficiency and revenue impact across Anaconda’s GTM organization. You are equal parts builder and operator — someone who can design a system in the morning and improve the process it supports by afternoon.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and continuously improve automated workflows that eliminate manual effort and accelerate execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success using orchestration platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, and custom APIs.
- Engineer AI-powered GTM execution layers — including automated call grading, AI-generated sales and QBR decks, MEDDPICC capture agents, and intelligent pipeline enrichment — using LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
- Identify process inefficiencies across GTM functions and own the end-to-end design and implementation of solutions, from requirements through deployment and iteration.
- Build and maintain signal-based automation that captures real-time GTM data (buyer intent, rep activity, lifecycle events, pipeline shifts) and routes high-velocity actions to the right people and systems.
- Develop retrieval and insight systems using semantic search, embeddings, and enrichment pipelines to surface actionable GTM intelligence for reps, managers, and executives.
- Partner with GTM Operations, Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to translate business needs into scalable automation; own initiatives from scoping through delivery and measure their impact.
What You Need:
- 5–7 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, sales/marketing automation, or a closely related technical field within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating automated, data-driven workflows that create measurable efficiency gains or revenue impact for GTM teams.
- Proven ability to identify broken or manual processes and own the full cycle of solution design, build, and iteration.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI to GTM use cases — including LLM-based agents, prompt engineering, conversation intelligence tools, or API integrations with OpenAI or equivalent.
- Proficiency with GTM automation and orchestration platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Nooks, or similar.
- Working knowledge of API design, event-driven architecture, and webhook management.
- Comfortable writing automation logic and scripts in SQL, JavaScript, and/or Python.
- Strong grasp of data modeling, enrichment strategies, and real-time data processing.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, ICP development, funnel dynamics, and GTM motions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) as an integration and data destination — not necessarily as a primary build environment.
- Team attitude: “I am not done until WE are done.”
- Care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish. You embody our values of Clarity, Care and Candor

What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered GTM systems (e.g., content generation agents, automated deal intelligence pipelines, or intelligent pipeline enrichment).
- Comfortable with no-code/low-code platforms for rapid iteration and fast time-to-value.
- Experience with PLG (product-led growth) motions and in-product engagement strategies.
- Background in feature flagging, developer tooling, or DevOps workflows.
- Experience working in open-source, AI/ML, or data science-oriented companies.
