Summary:


We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize how Anaconda engages customers across every stage of their journey. You'll design data-driven email programs and nurture strategies that convert engaged leads into opportunities, activate new customers, and drive expansion revenue, with particular focus on our Enterprise segments.

The Lifecycle Marketing team connects customers to the right message at the right moment, turning insight into action that accelerates adoption and retention. We collaborate openly with demand generation, product, and customer success to build programs that serve customers across their entire relationship with Anaconda, sharing early and iterating often as we learn what works.


What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute lifecycle strategies from initial engagement through retention and expansion, owning the customer journey end-to-end
  • Build sophisticated nurture campaigns that move prospects through evaluation stages, creating persona-specific tracks for technical evaluators and economic buyers
  • Own all email communications and newsletter programs, balancing community engagement with lead progression
  • Develop trigger-based campaigns that respond to prospect behavior including content downloads, webinar attendance, and trial sign-ups
  • Create adoption and retention programs that drive ongoing product usage and feature discovery
  • Partner with customer success and product teams to align lifecycle touchpoints with customer milestones
  • Analyze lifecycle performance and optimize through A/B testing, segmentation refinement, and data-driven iteration


Your impact will be measured through

  • Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates through nurture optimization
  • Increase customer retention and lifetime value through effective lifecycle engagement
  • Drive email engagement metrics including deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates
  • Accelerate time-to-value for new customers through onboarding program effectiveness


What You Need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Track record of building nurture programs that drive measurable conversions
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven campaign optimization
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft conversion-focused email content
  • Experience maintaining email deliverability and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL

  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing with product-led growth strategies
  • Experience with customer data platforms and advanced segmentation strategies
  • Familiarity with in-product messaging platforms (Pendo, Appcues, or similar)
  • Experience in open-source, AI, or data science-oriented companies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

The base salary range for this role is $107,500 - $158,500 along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
