Summary:


Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. GTM Strategy Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.


What You'll Do:
  • Define and evolve GTM strategy for Anaconda's enterprise platform including market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and value proposition refinement across key verticals
  • Project manage large cross-functional projects such as quote-to-cash overhaul and our transformation from compliance-driven to value-based selling by developing ROI frameworks, business case methodologies, and executive engagement strategies
  • Lead end-to-end launch execution for major Anaconda platform releases, enterprise features, and new product offerings. Including: 
    • Coordination of deliverables across Product Marketing (messaging, positioning), Sales (training, tools), Marketing (campaigns, content), Customer Success (documentation, support) and Partnerships (AI Alliances, Channel) 
    • Launch readiness processes including beta programs, sales certification, customer communication, and technical documentation
    • Serve as single point of contact for launch status, timeline changes, and cross-team dependencies
  • Partner with Anaconda leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights, competitive analysis, and customer value drivers
  • Drive market expansion strategies including new vertical penetration, geographic expansion opportunities, and strategic partner ecosystem development
  • Provide intelligence and market positioning - conduct win/loss analysis, develop differentiation strategies, and create battlecards against key competitors
  • Build business cases to support new market entry, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and evolving customer needs in AI/ML and data science markets
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive team to assess GTM performance and recommend strategic pivots
  • Serve as strategic advisor to executive team on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
What You Need:
  • 7-10+ years of GTM strategy, business operations, revenue operations, or management consulting experience in B2B enterprise software
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies that drove significant revenue growth
  • Deep experience in data/analytics, AI/ML, or developer tools markets with understanding of enterprise buying patterns
  • Strategic leadership experience influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies and enterprise sales transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in market analysis, segmentation, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Knowledge of open source ecosystems and developer community dynamics
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical rigor balanced with pragmatic execution focus

What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience at high-growth SaaS companies in the $100M-$1B revenue range
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, cloud providers)
  • Knowledge of emerging AI trends including LLMs, MLOps, and responsible AI frameworks
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field
  • Background in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Experience building and scaling GTM functions from early to growth stage
  • Familiarity with MEDDPPIC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
  • Experience working in an open-source or developer-focused company
  • International market expansion experience

The base salary range for this role is $164,000- $213,500 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $123,000 - $181,500 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.


Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
