About the role:
We're looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead our commercial account executives who partner with growing companies to help them scale their Python, data science, and AI capabilities through Anaconda's products. We work consultatively with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive adoption across their organizations.
As a Manager, Commercial Sales, you'll build and develop a team of account executives who navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and bring new customers to Anaconda. You'll shape go-to-market strategy for the commercial segment, drive pipeline discipline, and partner cross-functionally with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to accelerate growth and articulate Anaconda’s value. This role directly influences how Anaconda expands its footprint in the commercial segment and sets the foundation for future expansion.

The US base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
