Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior Executive Assistant to join our rapidly-growing company. Our EA team plays a key role in supporting Anaconda and our Leaders on our mission to empower organizations and builders to solve and innovate with data, inspiring breakthroughs that shape the future. We are a fully remote company, however this role will require you to be based in Austin, TX and work from the office to build a great experience for teams meeting onsite.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a proactive, strategic partner to executive leaders by owning day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense processing. Prioritize time and tasks to align with executive goals and business priorities.
- Maintain oversight of the onsite office space, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visiting team members. Support day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, supplies, and general upkeep.
- Represent and make decisions on behalf of the executive in meetings, communications, and problem-solving scenarios, using deep understanding of their priorities to act as their trusted proxy.
- Strategically manage the executive's environment - from calendar architecture to information flow - protecting focus on high-value activities while ensuring critical matters receive proper attention.
- Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives beyond traditional administrative duties, including leadership events, board management, and special executive programs with minimal oversight.
- Synthesize organizational intelligence into strategic assets by creating executive-level reports, managing cross-departmental relationships, and providing unique cross-functional insights that support executive decision-making.
- Practice proactive leadership by identifying emerging issues, developing solutions before escalation, mentoring junior staff, and independently managing resources within established authority thresholds.
- You’ll bring an attentive, steady presence—ready to jump in when time-sensitive needs arise, even outside typical hours. While this isn’t a 24/7 role, you understand the pace of a growing company and show up with care and clarity when it matters most.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner role, supporting multiple Executives in a fast-paced environment (technology, financial services, professional services industries).
- 2+ years managing office operations or workplace experiences. Proven ability to manage the daily flow of a physical office - vendor coordination, onsite event execution, and general facilities oversight.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with an ability to engage across all levels of the business.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management, and project coordination tools
- Comfortable experimenting with and leveraging Generative AI tools to draft content, streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise; a collaborative approach - you see team success as your success.

The US base salary range for this role is 90,000$-110,000$+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
