Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Integration Engineer II to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure technical requirements are gathered and executed upon successfully

  • Responsible for end to end customer implementation, integrations, and upgrades, providing a solid foundation for the customer beginning journey with Anaconda and sustaining support

  • Debugging code and helping customers solve complex problems with python and conda ecosystems

  • Influence future product development cycles based on customer issue trends

  • Cross-departmental collaboration with customer services, support, and product

  • Escalate customer issues when necessary to resolve blockers in a timely manner

  • Identify and create documentation to enhance the customer experience

  • Participate in Community Forums and other cross-functional projects guided by career development discussions with your manager 

What You Need:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Python experience

  • Docker experience and advanced knowledge of Kubernetes

  • Linux command line experience

  • Linux systems administration experience

  • Basic networking knowledge

  • Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure) and VM infrastructure experience 

  • Helm chart creation and management for quick deployments

  • Persistent drive to improve workflows and make things better

  • Tenacity to troubleshoot complex problems

  • Strong customer communication skills

  • Passionate about creating a positive customer experience

  • Python debugging experience

  • Experience with Conda installations

  • Basic scripting language experience
