Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly-growing company and drive innovation and product excellence through strategic product and engineering hiring. Our Talent Acquisition team identifies, qualifies, and shepherds talent through our recruiting processes, serves as strategic partners to business leaders, and bolsters Anaconda's talent brand. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver full-cycle Product & Engineering recruitment with primary focus on software engineering roles from candidate sourcing and qualification through offer acceptance.
- Serve as a technical talent expert by providing strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability while acting as an ambassador for Anaconda's mission and opportunity in the AI space.
- Build exceptional hiring manager partnerships through strategic advisory support, ideal candidate profile development, and thoughtful, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Create outstanding candidate experiences that demonstrate our values of Clarity, Candor, and Care through proactive communication, expectation management, and consistent partnership throughout the process.
- Partner strategically with engineering and product leadership to translate technical roadmaps and team goals into hiring strategies, collaborate with hiring managers on technical assessment processes, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to scale our recruiting practices.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline workflows while maintaining high-touch, personalized service for both candidates and hiring managers in the competitive technical talent market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy, build trust, and establish scalable people practices supporting the company's growth.
What You Need:
- Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 3 years of in-house experience recruiting for software engineering, product management, or technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting Senior Software Engineers and technical leadership within the ecosystem of SaaS platforms, Data Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Developer Tools, AI/ML platforms, or Open Source projects.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring and quality goals for technical positions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Experience managing multiple technical requisitions and stakeholders in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Experience educating and selling private company equity compensation vehicles.

- You know how to spot and detect fraudulent applicants and candidates using inauthentic use of AI - distinguishing between legitimate AI assistance for productivity and inappropriate AI use for plagiarism or misrepresentation of skills and experience.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within your first month, you will be generating and qualifying high-quality, high volume pipelines, with candidates progressing throughout your processes.
- Within your second month, you will have closed your first full-cycle search.
- Within your third month, you will have established credibility with your hiring managers and become the go-to for your space.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $105,000 - $145,000 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
