Summary:
Anaconda is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with other analysts and data engineers to identify and assist in the development and implementation of dashboards, reporting, and data models that enable relevant personalized service.

  • Collect and synthesize feedback; prepare meaningful and actionable insights. 

  • Support informed decision-making throughout the company by ensuring high data quality & integrity, building reports & dashboards, and conducting analyses.

  • Ensure data accessibility and distribution by supporting ad-hoc data requests, creating and automating reporting, and managing routine distribution of regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Delivers quantitative and qualitative insights for strategic projects

  • Conduct ROI analyses in partnership with business stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

  • Deliver effective and engaging reports and presentations

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, finance, data analytics, economics, statistics, computer science, etc.).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
  • Proficient in SQL 
  • 1+ of scripting experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, etc.
  • Experience creating dashboards in a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing data in a CRM like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP
  • Experience using a Cloud data warehouse, such as  Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Great communication skills–you can boil down complex technical concepts into easily understandable language, and can speak about data in terms of the business insights it provides. 
  • Understanding of data security considerations and how to ensure data is handled in sensitive ways.
