Our growing organization is currently seeking a proficient and committed Executive Assistant. This position involves an integrated role, encompassing a variety of tasks that blend both personal and professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include scheduling, project management, handling correspondence, and making arrangements as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse array of tasks including travel arrangements, reservations, bookings, car maintenance, and ordering supplies.
  • Hire necessary services such as drivers when required.
  • Oversee the coordination of schedules, ensuring optimal organization of meetings, events, and other commitments while proactively mitigating any potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle email correspondences, with a focus on developing a systematic and efficient response strategy.
  • Engage in active project management to ensure that progress is being made on all fronts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes to be referred back to or acted upon.
Requirements:
  • Must reside in Greater Phoenix, AZ area.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite or Google docs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize workload daily.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-year college degree
