Entry-Level Office Coordinator

Position Overview

Anchor Home is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, likes helping others stay organized, and is comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed. The Office Coordinator will provide support across leadership and all areas of the organization.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Project Support

  • Provide administrative and project support to the CEO and COO across a variety of organizational priorities
  • Take ownership of projects and assignments from leadership, ensuring tasks are organized, completed, and followed through
  • Research, gather information, prepare documents, and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items to keep projects moving forward
  • Assist with developing and improving organizational processes and systems

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate trainings, events, and virtual meetings
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and systems
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to general inquiries professionally

Communication & Technology

  • Draft and distribute internal announcements, reminders, and updates
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups between leadership, staff, and departments
  • Provide basic technology support and assist with new hire equipment and system setup
  • Assist with recruiting, events, marketing, and other organizational initiatives as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO

Additional Details

  • Fully on-site, Monday – Friday in Timonium, MD
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Salary: $50,000/year
