Talent Acquisition & Recruiting 

  • Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies. 
  • Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent aligned with organizational needs. 
  • Research and implement new job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment channels to expand candidate reach. 
  • Update and refine job descriptions to ensure alignment with role requirements and business objectives. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with company goals and timelines. 

Interview Coordination & Candidate Management 

  • Maintain and update the recruiting tracker to monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process. 
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. 
  • Manage all interview-related communications, including scheduling confirmations and follow-ups. 
  • Provide candidates with updates throughout the hiring process, including status notifications and rejections through Rippling. 

Assessment & Evaluation 

  • Administer candidate assessments and skills tests when applicable. 
  • Collect and track feedback from hiring managers throughout the interview process. 
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate employment history. 
  • Coordinate and complete background checks as part of the final hiring process. 

Communication & Administration 

  • Maintain professional and timely communication with all candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. 
  • Keep accurate recruiting records, reports, and documentation to support HR and leadership decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to continuously improve recruiting strategies and hiring outcomes. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software (Rippling experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills.
