  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of intake specialists (call center-style environment)
  • Implement, refine, and enforce processes that improve speed, consistency, and client experience
  • Analyze KPIs and intake metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular team huddles, training sessions, and one-on-ones to build a strong culture
  • Partner with firm leadership to ensure intake operations align with growth goals
  • Own performance targets for response time, lead conversion, and quality assurance

👤 Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in team leadership (especially in call center, customer service, or high-volume environments)
  • Strong understanding of people managementperformance coaching, and process improvement
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable with metrics and know how to use them to drive decisions
  • Excellent communicator who knows how to motivate, delegate, and problem-solve in real time
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take ownership
