Summary: Responsible for owning relationships with internal and external business partners and being accountable for assigned clients and end users; answering inquiries and processing work transactions leveraging knowledge of products, systems, and procedures. Education, Training, and Experience
This is a full-time (40-hours per week) position. The pay for this position is $20.67/hr. The schedule for this position may vary dependent upon needs of the department and team. Candidates applying should have flexibility between the hours of 8AM-8PM and able to adjust to varying start times periodically to serve as a back-up and contribute to a team environment. This is a benefits eligible position & located in Allentown, PA office.
