We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Associate to join our team in New York City. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiencies and ensuring a seamless flow from procurement to delivery.  

This position is great for someone who is passionate about organization, process improvement, and supply chain management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are eager to take ownership of key operational processes, this could be your perfect fit. 

Responsibilities:

• Process Implementation & Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline our supply chain and operational workflows. 

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, purchase, and track materials, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. 

• Contract Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to optimize production schedules, address challenges, and maintain supply continuity. 

• Inventory & Logistics: Keep a close eye on stock levels and coordinate shipments as needed. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. 

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field. 

• Location Requirement: Must be available to work on-site in NYC, five days a week. 

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a knack for process improvement. 

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.  

• Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or hardware-related industries is preferred. 

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus. 

• Experience working with contract manufacturers is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$60,000-$80,000.
