About the Role:

Andium is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead to take ownership of our infrastructure roadmap, architecture, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure while driving automation, efficiency, and innovation. As the go-to resource for all things DevOps, you will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to optimize performance, security, and deployment strategies.

This position is ideal for an experienced DevOps professional who thrives on designing and implementing best-in-class infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

      Own the infrastructure roadmap and define the strategy for scalability, security, and reliability.

      Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.

      Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with a focus on cost efficiency and performance.

      Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

      Ensure high availability, system reliability, and security best practices across the infrastructure.

      Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

      Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance application performance, deployment strategies, and operational efficiency.

      Lead incident response and post-mortem processes, ensuring continuous improvement in system resilience.

      Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

 

Qualifications:

      5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering roles.

      Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with a strong understanding of cost optimization and infrastructure scaling.

      Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and version control systems (Git).

      Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.

      Experience designing and managing TLS/PKI infrastructure and implementing service mesh solutions (Istio).

      Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and automation best practices.

      Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic APM, Datadog).

      Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards.

      Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Go.

      Experience managing Machine Learning infrastructure is a plus.

      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range:


$130,000-$170,000 plus competitive equity package
