About the Role:
Andium is looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in building and maintaining our infrastructure to support scalable, reliable, and secure operations. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize system performance, and maintain robust security measures.
This position is ideal for an individual passionate about infrastructure as code, automation, and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient development and deployment workflows.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure robust security practices across the infrastructure, including regular audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and deployment strategies.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on cost optimization and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Drone, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) and version control systems like Git.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with TLS/PKI infrastructure and service mesh tools like Istio.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic APM, or Datadog.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Experience with Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience managing Machine Learning infrastructure a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range:
$130,000-$170,000 plus competitive equity package
