About the Role:


Andium is seeking a talented and experienced iOS Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the iOS Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and extensible features for the iOS platform. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that redefine how our clients interact with cutting-edge emissions detection and monitoring technologies.

 

This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to shape the future of our iOS application and directly contribute to the company’s mission of delivering impactful technology solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, stabilize, release, and maintain reliable, scalable, and extensible features for the iOS platform.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Produce high-quality, readable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to define and prioritize new features.
  • Provide detailed work estimates and deliver features on time.
  • Utilize tools such as Git, JIRA, and design documents for effective communication and documentation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS applications, ensuring smooth deployment processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in iOS development at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, and concurrency within Swift.
  • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apple’s design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices.
  • Experience in writing Unit, Functional, and Integration/End-to-End tests.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.
  • Demonstrated experience submitting multiple apps to the App Store and familiarity with the submission process.
  • Experience with CoreML, Objective-C, Combine Framework, and Core Data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and cloud messaging APIs for push notifications is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including knowledge of operators and production equipment (flare stacks, compressors, transfer pumps, etc.), is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range:


$140,000-$180,000 plus competitive equity package


Consistent with Andium's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Actual offers will be based on the individual candidate.
