Mission:

The Principal Consultant will develop and oversee the strategic direction of Andros’ consulting services, driving value to clients through consulting delivery. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our consulting offerings, building strategic client relationships, and delivering impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Principal Consultant will partner closely with the Commercial Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and lead presentations to current and prospective clients. 

Outcomes:

Leadership: 

  • Develop and execute the consulting services strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, software, and commercial teams to ensure consulting services initiatives align with business needs and industry best practices & priorities. 

  • Manage and report on consulting services pipeline data, effectiveness, and associated KPIs while making recommendations for changes as needed.

  • Oversee the delivery of consulting services engagements, ensuring alignment to project deadlines and statements of work. 


Strategic Consulting: 

  • Challenge and shape the strategic agenda of the client based on understanding of their industry, strategic goals & issues.

  • Design and facilitate engagements with clients to help them develop a strategy and plan to improve their networks and practices

  • Design and deliver compelling presentations, establishing yourself as trusted advisor and industry thought leader

  • Bring creative ideas and new value propositions to senior executives and build the reputation of being a trusted advisor.

Desired Qualifications/Attributes: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business administration or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in client-facing consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including provider network management is preferred. 

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Exceptional client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strategic client relationships. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to identify and leverage new opportunities and technologies. 


Salary Range:
$155,000-$185,000
