Job Mission:
The mission of the Network Development Recruiter is to recruit a broad range of healthcare provider specialties into client health plan networks. Solicited providers will include a variety of specialties, small, medium and large group practices and selected ancillary providers. The Network Development Specialist is responsible for the engagement with provider types, recruitment, and contracting of providers into client participating provider networks. A successful person in this role will engage with providers and office administrators throughout the course of the contracting lifecycle. Providers targeted for recruitment and contracting will be diverse in size and specialty type.
The outcomes we’re looking for:
Manages complex contracting and negotiations for fee for service and value-based reimbursements with various provider types (e.g., Ancillaries, and large physician groups).
Ability to work independently and diligently throughout the contracting process with key stakeholders.
Procuring professional and ancillary contracts and supporting documentation from prioritized target list of healthcare providers
Clearly describing the benefits of network participation to the healthcare provider
Timely and accurate updating of the andros system to reflect all prospect interactions
Reconcile contracts and supporting documents to database as received
Ability to perform occasional provider/facility research for contact information and demographic updates
Follow up for missing documentation from healthcare providers & professionals
Resolves provider escalations and negotiations through established protocols
Must successfully meet productivity targets as defined by andros
Successfully overcome objections impeding ability to achieve targeted results
Understanding project progress and identifying barriers
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1 - 4 years contracting and/or inside sales/lead generation experience successfully achieving targeted results/quota
Sales or customer service experience
