Mission:

The Business Development Representative will seek out new business opportunities by reaching out to and developing business relationships with prospective customers in order to book sales meetings for our account executives that result in new customers. An ideal BDR would have prior background in a sales or telemarketing environment targeting a large volume of customers/prospects.

Outcomes:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting and with our sales, marketing & event leads that drives pipeline growth:

    • Contact prospective clients through calls, social media, and emails.

    • Schedule sales meetings between prospects and Account Executives.

  2. Within 30 days you’re conversant in credentialing/network development and able to help clients understand their own needs and how our solutions solve their big challenges.

    • What credentialing is, why it’s important and how it impacts different client segments differently

    • What network development is, why it’s important and how it impacts different client segments differently

  3. Meeting quota metrics within 90 days

    • Identify, qualify inbound leads.

    • Schedule initial meetings with account executives that yield opportunities.

  4. Every client you sell understands that we’re not just another service/software vendor. andros is a partner to our clients to help them run and grow their businesses more effectively resulting in contract renewals and year over year growth in client revenue.

Desired Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role

  • Healthcare experience is a bonus

  • Experience selling services is a bonus


Salary Range:
$70,000- $85,000 plus incentive compensation
