Position Overview:

The Data and Reporting Analyst supports Anovaeon’s case processing operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data that supports program performance, leadership decision-making, and government reporting requirements.


This role is responsible for compiling operational metrics, generating program reports, analyzing case processing performance, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. The Data and Reporting Analyst works closely with program leadership to track key operational indicators, identify trends, and ensure accurate reporting of program activities.

The position may support both on-site operational teams and corporate leadership, with responsibilities that include data analysis, report generation, dashboard development, and coordination with operational personnel to ensure accurate and timely reporting.


Essential Functions:

Operational Data Collection & Management

  • Collect, organize, and maintain operational data related to case processing activities
  • Compile data from multiple operational sources to support program reporting requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and documentation
  • Maintain structured datasets that support operational analysis and reporting

Reporting & Program Metrics

  • Prepare recurring operational reports for program leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop summaries of processing volumes, case status updates, staffing metrics, and workflow performance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required by program leadership
  • Support preparation of program status updates and operational briefings

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, processing bottlenecks, or workflow inefficiencies
  • Assist leadership in tracking key program performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Provide insights that support decision-making related to staffing, workflow management, and program performance
  • Identify potential areas for operational improvement based on data trends

Dashboard & Visualization Support

  • Develop and maintain data dashboards or visual reports that support operational monitoring
  • Create charts, tables, and visual summaries that communicate operational data clearly to leadership
  • Assist with building tools that allow leadership to monitor operational performance in real time

Quality Assurance Support

  • Conduct data validation checks to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Identify discrepancies between operational records and reported data
  • Support quality assurance efforts by tracking documentation accuracy and reporting compliance
  • Work with operational teams to correct data errors and improve reporting processes

Coordination with Operational Teams

  • Communicate with site leadership and operational staff to gather reporting inputs
  • Support coordination between operational teams and leadership regarding reporting requirements
  • Assist operational teams in understanding reporting processes and data collection procedures
  • Ensure timely submission of required reporting data from operational personnel

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, formulas, and reporting tools
  • Ability to organize large datasets and produce clear reports
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to leadership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing dashboards or data visualizations
  • Experience working with reporting tools or business intelligence software
  • Familiarity with operational performance metrics or program reporting

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics
  • Experience supporting government programs or operational environments preferred
  • Experience working with operational performance data strongly preferred
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or program metrics preferred

Requirements of Employment

  • Employees must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the following screening:
    • Federal background investigation (up to and including a Tier 4 DHS clearance)

    • Compliance with all government credentialing requirements

  • Employees must adhere to all federal security, confidentiality, and operational protocols while working within government facilities.

Work Environment

  • Primarily remote or corporate-level support role with periodic travel to operational sites
  • Initial support may include on-site presence during program start up
  • Standard administrative office and processing facility environment
  • May involve extended periods of computer work and documentation processing
  • Fast-paced operational environment requiring attention to detail and professionalism

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods while conducting data entry and interviews
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during facility operations (up to 8-12 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Capability to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations)
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations throughout the facility
  • Visual acuity for detailed computer work and document review
  • Auditory ability to conduct interviews and monitor facility for safety concerns
